Just start with the pay-as-you-grow model, commitment free, to start offering your customers your 100% white labelled backup service.

We also offer a ‘software only’ model that provides a different type of licensing and support. Our Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA) provides optional models to offer you a less expensive entry and allows you to make profit immediately.

We offer exclusive service options to our partners and allow a great deal of flexibility and control over branding our software to look and feel your own. Security & Technology Alliance Group provides everything you need to successfully launch a new arm to your business. We give you branded software and licences to use our Data Centre’s as if they were your own. Software updates, trial accounts, support and an secure web portal are all part of our offering and they are all branded to your company.

Secure SSL connection

All communication between the Client Software and the Backup Server takes place through a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) channel. This ensures the same security level as Internet Banking. Although all the backup data is transferred through a public network (internet), nobody can obtain any knowledge of the information exchanged.

Communication to and from the Security & Technology Alliance Group server is completed through secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) channels which provides the same level of security as a internet banking. Even though the data is passed through public networks (internet) your clients can rest assured that their data is safe.

SOAP and Message Signing

All communication with the Backup Server is conducted through a secured SOAP/XML interface. Each request is signed by a unique signature per user. This offers an extra security layer on top of SSL, which not only protects the transfer of the data, but also secures the total integrity between client and server processes.

Secure encryption

All backup data through Security & Technology Alliance Group is encrypted using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) 256 bit encryption technology. The backup data is only transferred to the Backup Server once it’s been encrypted on the clients machine. The encryption key is only known by the end-user, so nobody but the end-user can open the backup data on Security & Technology Alliance Group's server. Not you and not even us!

The best encryption technology is used

The encryption algorithm used to encrypt the backup data is Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 128 or 256 bit. This standard, also known as Rijndael, is a block cipher that has been adopted by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to be the selected encryption standard. It is the used encryption standard of the US government since 2000. It is subjected to frequent public reviews but no known cracks of this encryption algorithm have been reported.
